Our Process
We consider ourselves stewards of our clients’ trust and the investment they make in their spaces. To that end, we have created a process that encourages collaboration at every step. We believe the best design is incorporated early and often, so we work closely with your contractor and architect as your design advocate, ensuring every space works perfectly for your needs.
STEP 01
Design Consultation
& Research
The first step of the process is for us to get to know you and your project needs. After we get to know each other on a complimentary 30-minute discovery call, we move into the design consultation where we answer any questions you have about your space, discuss design goals, and determine project scope and estimated budget.
STEP 02
Concept +
Schematic Design
We then take measurements of your space, review drawings, and document existing furnishings, using them to create and present initial design concepts via plans and visual mood boards.
STEP 03
Design
Development
Once our design concept is approved, we refine details including itemized furnishings, fixtures, and finishes. We take care of specifications and provide pricing for each item in a comprehensive project proposal.
STEP 04
Documentation & Procurement
We keep you in the loop, but no need to stress about the details. We work with the contractor, architect, vendors, and installers to put all the pieces in place.

Project
Management
We understand that the road to successful project completion is not always smooth. With our years of experience navigating the messiest parts of projects, we know what it takes to communicate on and off the job site. It is always important to us to be a partner to both you and your contractor.

Installation
& Styling
We work with our top-notch installers and a white glove delivery team to pull your project together with creative touches that speak to your aesthetic as well as your lifestyle. Accessories and final details are selected to complete the design.
